Less friction. More focus.
Practical guidance for the questions that interrupt your research: data, strategy tests, saved work and account problems.
01Build a focused daily routine
Begin with Overview: check the timestamp, session and next event. Open the area that matches your horizon, compare a second source, then save the ideas worth revisiting in My XauScan.
Explore the tools →02A price looks old or differs from my broker
Check the source and displayed update time first. Market closures and different quote feeds can explain differences. If the timestamp stays old after a refresh, send support the section, symbol, time zone and screenshot. Executable prices come from your broker.
Explore the tools →03Understand WAIT and conflicting signals
WAIT means the displayed model has not met its conditions, or usable input is missing. Compare timeframes, publication times and trigger levels. Different research horizons can disagree without either representing an executed trade.
Explore the tools →04Read a backtest beyond the win rate
Review the sample dates and trade count, then compare net result, drawdown and profit factor. Re-test on another period without changing several rules at once. Historical results describe the tested sample, not a guaranteed future return.
Explore the tools →05Recover saved strategies, favourites and tests
Use the same account that saved the work and open My XauScan. Favourites are separate from saved strategy blueprints. Successful Backtest Lab runs appear in the history; Load older tests reveals earlier saved runs. If a save failed, send support the error before closing your work.
Explore the tools →06A saved signal has no result yet
Only an exact match in the recorded signal ledger supplies an outcome. An open, ambiguous or untracked signal is not counted as a win or loss. Keep the account view open to refresh available results, or use Refresh.
Explore the tools →07Resolve a sign-in loop or missing account
Try a normal browser window and allow the sign-in window to open. Return to XauScan using the same account. If the loop continues, send the exact error and page address to support. Never send passwords, one-time codes or sign-in links.
Explore the tools →08Request an account export or deletion
Contact support@xauscan.com from your account email, or choose Account data in the form. We verify ownership before processing the request. Sending the form does not delete your account.
